When you need to write more than the narrative and reference fields allow within a journal you can add extra text that is saved as a document.
Within the journal screen choose "Text" button
After entering your text take OK and process the journal as usual.
NL / Display Account Code / DB trans
When reviewing transactions from DB Trans if text has been entered against a NL journal then a document button will be accessible.
Choose document and display text to view.
