Sometimes you may not have a customer's account number when processing receipts eg. payment via internet banking however if an invoice (or document number) has been provided you can easily find the right account.

If the invoice number only occurs once in the Ledger then the Account and Amount fields will automatically fill with the detail. If Autoline detects more than one occurrence in the ledger then a grid of detail will be presented in order that the user can select the required invoice.
